A top volunteering organization recognized the need to update its Member Management System (MMS) to keep up with the changing demands of its departments. The existing MMS lacked the necessary scalability and features, leading to its underuse. This prompted the organization’s board to seek a new, comprehensive MMS solution that could adequately support the organization’s growth and the varied requirements of its departments.

Additionally, we produced a development roadmap, providing the technical team with a step-by-step guide that detailed the development phases, feature rollout priorities, and benchmarks for success, facilitating a structured and efficient development process.
